Welcome to our site

Established in 1953 Dhubulia Deshbandhu High School was organized by respected members of the community who wanted to do something special for common man of Dhubulia. It was built in good location on the NH-34 within 1 KM from the Dhubulia Rail Way Station as well as near the Dhubulia Bus Stand and Dhubulia Market.

Originally just a Madhyamik school under school index WBBSE DI-037, we now offer higher secondary education under WBCHSE CODE-12026. Vocational education in high school section is also offerred under WBSCVET CODE-6270.

There are around 2500 students in this school ranging from class V to XII, with the facility consisting of forty 40 classrooms and around 5 offices. The staff consists of 70 teachers and roughly a dozen support staff.

Computer education is provided to the students from class-V. On the high school side there are 3 streams: Art, Science and Commerce.

We are also famous for sports achievements. Students from this school have a great record in sports! A good number of students are members of the NCC and our headmaster is a NCC gazetted officer.
